1. How does your apparel fit?

We recommend checking out the size guide shown in every product listing for a look at how the item fits. You can always send an email to support@themainstreetpress.com with any additional sizing questions.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

*Please note - due to ongoing issues related to COVID-19, our suppliers are still experiencing shortages and delays getting items to us. We are doing our best to turn your orders around on time. But please know there may be additional time needed for your order to be processed. If you have a trip date or special occasion associated with your order, please email us and let us know. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during this time.*

Orders leave our print shop within 3-4 weeks from your purchase date. Why such a long wait? Our items are made to order, printed fresh just for you! During checkout, you can choose your shipping speed as standard (3-5 days) or priority (1-3 days), but this is in addition to our 3-4 weeks processing time.

If you need your order sooner, please email us and ask about our shelf inventory/ready-to-ship items. We will work with you to get your items shipped to your home or resort: Support@themainstreetpress.com

If you purchase a pre-order item, those will ship by the date specified in the listing.

During the holiday shopping season (Black Friday through the Christmas holiday) please expect orders to take additional time to be processed and shipped.

3. I just placed my order, can I change it?

We will do our best to accommodate any changes to orders placed. Email us at support@themainstreetpress.com with any order changes.

4. Do you ship to resorts?

Yes of course! Just put your resort address as your delivery address at checkout. Please include your check-in date and reservation number in the order notes, this will help the cast members at your resort organize the packages as they arrive.

5. Do you accept custom orders?

Definitely! You can see our commercial print website www.printmsp.com  or send an email to support@themainstreetpress.com for more information on custom orders for family vacations and reunions, school functions, business events, trade shows and more! Minimum quantities are required for custom orders.

    6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    We hope your tee or accessory fits the first time! But we are here to help if you need to exchange for another color or size. Returns may be made for shop credit only. Please note, items must be unworn and unwashed.

    If you would like to send an item back for exchange or return for store credit, please go to the EXCHANGES tab on our main menu. There you can download, print and complete the exchange form.

    If items requested are out of stock, store credit will be issued. 

    7. Do you ship internationally?

    We ship all around the globe! Just remember, international delivery fees and value added tax (VAT) charges may apply to orders shipping outside the United States. Please be aware of these additional charges before placing an order, as we are not responsible for these fees.

    8. My tracking says my item was "delivered" but my package is not here?

    Sometimes this happens! Check areas around the outside of your home including your front porch, side door, back patio, garage, and bushes to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received it. We suggest waiting 3 additional business days (because sometimes USPS tracking can be incorrect) and if your package still does not arrive, please email us at support@themainstreetpress.com so we can help you out.

    9. My question wasn't answered can I talk to you personally?
